Rattle, clunking, clicking driving me nuts....

    no longer.

I started having this occasional rattle in the passenger rear of my Magnum.
Didn't think much about it since I have the Eibach Sportlines, pro-dampers, sways.

The other day it started getting worse. First I thought the rear hatch wasn't shut. Then I thought it was my new Corsa exhaust.

Anyway, it turned out to be the lower shock mounting bolt. (passenger rear)
It wasn't loose but apparently, it wasn't tight either.
The shock felt tight until I held the bottom of the shock while someone was bouncing the rear of the car. I could feel the shock moving at that point.

If your having rear rattling or clunking, tighten up those rear bottom shock mount bolts. Even if they seem tight. Finally, no more rattle.

Nice tip Bill. I just added it to my maintenance check list.
