If you got warranty yet, just bring them back to the dealershp and tell them to either replace them, or get them painted. If not, then nothing you can really do.
Thats what I did, and they got them painted without any fuss, was within 4 days of warranty expiring too.
Painted them a slightly metallic silver.

One of mine did that, I had it replaced under my 3/36 warrenty last month about 2 weeks before it was to expire.![]()

One of mine has it bad too.
My after market warranty has been good to me so far, but that was something they said they wouldn't cover. Although I feel they really should. Or Dodge should just replace the rim since it's somewhat common.
All 8 of mine look that way, just NEVER stop and you can't see it.
