questions about 22" wheels and tires

    quick question...

    1) i have nitto 420S 265 35 22.. what should the air pressure be? they are currently at 40psi, cold.

    2) how much do we torque down the lugs? i have it torqued at 100 lb ft .. but gotta get it retorqued after some driving, so correct me if im wrong.

    3) what is the rotation/balance schedule? my tires are the same size all the way around, and are non-directional

    4) what do you guys use to keep the chrome looking clean? i bought some Meguire's chrome shine.. at first, it looks like it does the job.. take another look the next day, and it attracts a LOT of dust, leaves a residue, leaves streaks, and totally changed the color of my rotors (when i sprayed the rims, some solution when on the rotors)

    thanks for all the help!

i keep mine at 45 psi, rotate tires every oil change, its included in the price, and use nano tech chrome polish, easy on and off, and has anti-corriosion built in.

    This is on mine.
    1. 35 psi
    2. No sure of the correct #. Just tight enough and an extra tug
    3. Every other oil change
    4. I keep a microfiber in the car and wipe them often. The longer you leave dirt/stains/brake dust on them the harder it'll be to remove. So wiping them often helps them stay showroom clean.

BTW any pics of them on your car?

here is a pic of the problem i encountered when using Meguire's chrome cleaner.. it landed on my rotors and it looks like this:

also, really made breaking feel scary for a few miles... untill it wore off i guess

Ive been told wheelwax is good.. check it out on http://www.wheelwax.com/default.aspx
