    PAINT or Powdercoat?

I am planning to do something to my wheels stock Magnum R/T's I have heard powder coating can damage wheels, is that true. What metal are the stock wheels made from? Stainless Steel or Aluminum ? what about professional painting is that a possibility?
I want gloss black so what kind of pricing am I looking at to do all four?

^^ The stock wheels are aluminum, PC is the way to go, should run no more than 50 a wheel.

    Stock catback, and stock drivetrain
