    Ordered wheels/tires today...

I broke down and placed my order.....I was hoping to last at least a month before ordering anything....I made it exactly a week. Should be set for the summer though.

    - M&H 275/50-17 drag radials (will be mounted on '95 Cobra wheels), to be used at the track only
    - Voxx Misano 20x8.5 and 20x9.5s (20mm offset)
    - Toyo Proxes 4 245/45-20 and 275/40-20s

Can't wait! Should look pretty tough on my silver 'C.

By far the most reasonably-priced 20" setup that I liked: $1477 shipped to my door for the wheels and tires. A little extra when they get here for mount/balance, but no biggie. $416 shipped for the M&Hs, plus $60 for a pair of used wheels. Not too bad.

I'll get pics when it all gets here and I bolt 'em on.

Those M&H racemaster drag radials are some sticky MO-FOs.

Drive through the water, start them spinning real slow, slowly bring the revs up to about 4500 RPM making sure that you are spinning both rear tires & let em cook for about 3 seconds @ 4500-4800 RPMs.

I was able to run 32psi W/virtually no wheel spin launching as hard as I could W/the stock convertor. My car is crazy consistant doing thus, seldom varying more than .015 seconds in 1/4 mile ET for a given day @ the track.

426 RWHP/460 RWTQ on motor, 555 RWHP on a 150 shot of juice
    12.062 @ 113.97 on motor, 11.306 @ 121.87 on a 125 HP shot
Stock 5.7 rotating assembly, still MDS enabled
