What size are they? I know they come in both 17" and 18" diam but also how wide?

I'm interested what size are they? Color? Looking for a 17x9 or 10 drags, what is the offset? Anything more then 15mm is too much.

The same wheels but with hoosiers already mounted. They have like 4 passes on them so they should serve me well!! Can't wait to test them out at the track!
