You order something and wait and wait...

AND GETS SHIPPED TO YOU BROKEN...

Thanks alot tire rack. My lovely carbon steel strut bar was dented and the mounting part is completely bent up to a 90 degree angle. Tire Rack closed at 8pm eastern and I didnt pick it up from UPS until 8:45. Now I have to wait until monday to send it back. Now I have to make the Boston trip without it.

Tire Rack bent something and then shipped it to you? Or UPS did? TireRack is top notch and has been in my book for a very long time. It does suck to get something broken after the anticipation of the wait.

I smell a Claim !!!! Did you inspect it when you picked it up? before you left UPS? was the Box crushed or Mangled?

Actually, the box was completely intact. This must have happened before it actually shipped. Man I was really looking forward to putting it on.
