Help: Outside Tire Wear/stock

Hey,

I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum with a Hemi. I have had terrible problems with it leading to the right since I've had the car. I have had it aligned twice and no one can seem to tell me what is wrong. Before I had it aligned the first time I noticed that the outside surface of my tire was getting slick. The tire pressure is fine, so since it was leading to the right I had it aligned. Now a different tire on the same front right, is now wearing the same pattern on the outside of the tire. This is the second tire that it is eating up. I have Meineke aligning the vehicle again. They advised that they could only align to specifications. Does anyone have any info or research that could point me in the right direction. This vehicle leads to the right even on a flat surface.
