    First and only major change:

Just wanted to share what will probably be the only major visual changes I make to my 300C. I bought MSRT8 wheels from Mark (FreebirdSRT) - perfect condition, easy transaction, great guy - and also added a lip spoiler to the back.

I'm not trying to be a poser, I just really like the look of a super-clean five-spoke wheel, and IMHO, the magnum srt wheels are about as clean as they come. I will always be quick to tell anyone who asks that it is NOT, unfortunately, an SRT8 automobile. I hope someday to work toward one of those!

Anyway, the car turned out EXACTLY as I was hoping for. I have always loved the look of the Startech 300C. Seeing a photo of it is what made me fall in love with the C to begin with, and after seeing it, I started my hunt for what would eventually be my Brilliant Black Beauty.

I had read some previous posts regarding DD1's silver 300C with MSRT8 wheels (he doesn't have them on anymore, so not worried about offending!). A lot of people seemed to think that they were too "chunky" to match the elegant design of the 300C. For some reason, I think the silver color of the car didn't work well with the wheels, because in looking at those pics, I would totally agree. But black seems to be a different story! I'm thrilled with the look, and I think the color of the car seems to make all the difference in the world. I've had them on less than a day and I've gotten broken necks and tons of kind words already.

Anyway, I love it and get so excited everytime I walk out to my car, and from the advice a lot of you guys have given me in the past, that's all that matters! I hope you like it to:

The wheels look great! It's exactly what you want if you get the smile like you described. That is what is most important! By the way, what part of MO? Gotta be southern because we have some descent snow in STL!!

Very nice look! What's important is you got what you wanted, no worries about you posing as an SRT. I would like to get MSRT rims for my R/T. I just like the look as well.

No ticket yet. I had a Lincoln LS before this and never had a front plate on it, either.

    I'm in Springfield.

Have had a little snow down here in the past few days, but nothing's sticking. I'm originally from Austin, Texas, so this winter stuff has never really been a favorite of mine!

I am VERY familiar with Springfield. My wife and I are SMSU Grads (NOT MSU ) and I am down there on business on occasion. Yeah, you guys got hammered with the ice even worse than we did.

    Nice looking ride indeed!

but...(you knew that was coming, right?)

Eibach ProKit's would finish the look ever so nicely... (imo)

I ABSOLUTELY agree!!! Unfortunately, my wife probably won't!! She's been kind enough to let me pursue this car as far as I already have, so methinks I should leave well enough alone. Oh how I wish, though........
