I've got a set myself but I bought them from a wholesale house in Fresno CA - literally walked in the door for a special one-off done as a favor to the local tire shop that recommended me. If you strike out completely let me know and I will try and figure out who it is and where they are.

Its a 9-lobe key used to mount them if that helps at all. BTW I found them when I was looking for the key itself. I have a short set of those lugs from my old Forge-Tec wheels. What I did was call around to shops until one of them in LA said "try these guys they have everything and ship all over the country" and thats what got me the warehouse address. While I was there I grabbed a set of the long lugs too. Not retail so they were just sitting loose in a pile in a box on a warehouse rack.

i got a better look at the pic you posted on my computer. The extended ones i have are the 91147XL so they do not have the multiple ribs and are not chromed. Let me know if you still want details since they will be sold for cheap.

Well those on that 300 are not extended, they just look like that because of the wheel. Those are avg size.

Those are the Gorilla, small diameter, duplex, 14mm x 1.5" locking lugs. I have them in black.

I went to Discount tire / Americas tire and bought a complete set of 20 for $47.00
