clunk - warranty question?

I'm going in next week to have the dealer check the noise in the front end. After reading all the posts out there, it sounds to me that it might be the tension strut. The question I have is can the dealer void my entire suspension warranty because I have a hotchkis sway bar installed, or does it just void the sway bar and end link warranty? I was thinking about just changing back to the stock bar for the visit, but I get my oil changes done there so they know what's on the car.

You should be good to go with the aftermarket sway bar.
