Charger srt suspension on a magnum RT!

Love it, ride is much tighter, look is great half to 3/4 inch drop, car does not float like a towne car anymore. Thanks to RTracer for the posts and american muscle for the posts. Best mod so far and not to much $. Thanks to LX forums, without them would have no clue what fits and what works from model to model!!!

Todd get off your arse and DO IT... ^^

The only issue I have is what settings do we use for alingment since the SRT spindals and RT are diffrent. I have a slight pull to the right...

That's why I'm waiting. Driving to SC next week. My alignment is so perfect, I wanna make the long trip before f'ing with my suspension. I'll put it on when I get back.

Glad to hear you like it. I too am enjoying the new found smooth ride. Since there are so many of us doingn this what allignment issues is everyone seeing?
When looking at mine the back tires seem to have a toe issue, tilting in at the top. I made sure that I had the Left and Right specific parts on the correct side. She drive straight as an arrow but I don't want my tires wearing unevenly.

When i first put mine on. I had almost 2deg negitive camber, I figured for sure I'd be whiping out the rear tires shortly. I ran it that way for almost 15K miles and them babies were as flat as ever when I changed'em out.

Any time you change ride hight you should do an alignment. It will mess with camber.

The settings should be the same as factory. All it does is reset the camber if everything else was already ok. You don't want your tires tilted in at the top or it may mess with traction and tire wear. Not as noticable on the back but the front will be noticable.

No argument here. But you have no idea how well she handled with this set-up. I watched the tires very closely. Absoluely no abnormal wear. So just for fun, I left it like this. BTW, after the install she drove straight as an arrow. My only problem was camber. And I still pulled 24K out of my f1's............quit a feat considering considering how I drive and this includes many, many straight line runs at the track.

Well I'm not certain about this. But what I did is after the sway installation I had no choice but to go in for an alignment. So I had the guy set her up to SRT specs as per Hemi31's suggestion. Yes it cost me lunch, but it was worth it.

    drop?

Back looks lower than the front, but when I measured it isn't. The look of a magnum seems to make it appear that way. When I put 20's on next week will do alignment. One question with 3mm spacers in the front do I need to get longer lugs? If that is a dumb A$$ question just ignore it.
