The first thing I'd do is take it somewhere else and have your tires balanced. Preferably, "road force" balancing if possible. If your car drove fine before the valve stem issue, chances are the tires aren't balanced properly.

U need to report this stealership on rip off report, damn that makes my blood boil! I stopped going to mine after they told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, got home checked the brake pads and they were more than half new lol will never take my car to a dealership again. Now I do my own maintenance or take it to a local freelance mechanic who actually lets me watch everything he does.

I honestly think, because they had to replace all my valve stems which caused plenty labor at no cost, that was their way to get back at lost money and hope I pay for something which i didnt need, to make up for it, but yea I wont be going back there, and yes it pissed me off to know I went back and they still told me it wasnt the balance on the tires.....

Get the tires rebalanced. I had a vibrating issue and it turned out to be the tires.
