You dono't really want on the car balancing. They cannot do a high speed balance that way.
Find a place that does "Road Force" balancing. I believe that Discount Tires does it.
"Road Force" balancing runs you wheel/tire up to speed to check balance, and a good shop will rotate the tire on the wheel for the best balance location befroe they put on the weights.
Double check your air pressure after you get it done.
Last time I had my tires done....1 was at 75 psi. Thank heaven for the tire pressure sensors, I got an alarm while I was driving back.
I guess they over pressured it to get a good bead seal, and forgot to let the air out.

They've been road force balanced. I'm trying to see if anyone balances on the car anymore. It's a lost art form. While it creates other issues, such as inability to rotate tires, it gives the BEST balance possible.

Haven't heard of that. Why don't you go over to Preston's and let them take a look at it. They've always done a good job with my wheels/tires.

it's a lost art form like the carb and vacuum hose egr, lol. on the car balancing just covers up for other problems. Originally Posted by mrl859
