    Borbet 17' wheels with Hoosiers?

    Hey Y'all,

I was wondering if any one was running the Borbet 17x8.5 Wheels with 275-40-17's on there Magnum, Charger, or 300c on the back while they drag race?

If so do you need spacers? How tall are they? I have the nitto 20's Drag Raidials on the back, and I think there 28" or 29" I am thinking of geting these.

But I really like the HHP 19lbs Drag Radials those kick-butt. They are also around $700.00 each.

    THANKS

The Hoosiers are about 25.5 inches tall. You won't need any spacers. They are a perfect fit.

The Bogarts from HHP are very nice. I have a set. Either one will work just fine. It just depends on how much money you want to spend.

    robsrt Dude,

I think thats the set-up I will go with. I will keep my Nitto Drag Radials on for street driving tell I eat them up, or just burn the hick out of them at the track so I can match them with my front Goodyears F1's.

You have been a great help Rob

I will need to switch my tire size with the dioblo when I race with these tires

I wish the nitto 315-35-20's would fit on the SRT8's rim or else I would use that tire for street driving
    Witch makes me think???
Can I get my OEM (stock) 06' SRT8 Rims widened so I can put the 315-35-20's on the back for street tires.
    That would look sick

    THANKS

No need to change the tire size in the Diablo. Just make sure you turn off the esp.

There are places to widen your stock rims. I know legmaker had his done. You can try pm'ing him and see where he took his.

    ROBSRT DUDE,

So you are saying that I do not need to change my predater cofigeration in diameter to 25.5 while drag racing?

MY nitto 20's on the back of my car are 28,or 29 inches tall.

I thought you had to change the tire size with the predater while racing? NO?

    THANKS
