    Another Powdercoat thread.....

    There's been a lot of talk lately about powdercoating rims, and I really like the look, especially on the darker cars (like mine). So, should I do it?? It's certainly a lot cheaper than a new set of customs, and in a way would be more custom than new rims!! I love the pics of the black rims that have been posted lately, and I mocked up a photochop of what mine might look like with a dark grey powdercoat (with painted calipers and r1 discs that are on my mod list anyway). Please tell me what you think... I value y'alls opinions!

    get some wheels ,some sick wheels like the foose notrios 2 or the sevas s7
    ive seen some good deals on craiglist
    an dby the way that stock photo shop is not too bad i like it

    For sure powdercoat them. Either black or gray will look sweet. As long as you leave the outside lip polished, you cannot go wrong!

    powdercoat black!!!!...lip is ur preference....i cant wait till i do my wheels in black with no lip (i hate the chrome lip!!!!!):P

    Those wheels look sweet and I wish the stockers had a deeper lip lke that! I also dig your hood ornament in the last pic!

    I was going to do mine in a dark grey. Just haven't got around to it yet. It looks good in grey.

    As an owner of a Mineral Grey Magnum RT I think the Dark Grey powdercoat is an excellent option to spending large $$$ for a set of wheels!
