one solenoid would not work front-left up

i switched the wiring that runs into that solenoid to the solenoid to go down and now down works as up on that wheel.

on Ken's advice, i jumped the solenoid with 12v and it worked but that up switch still would not work.

when i hit it, it clicks at the swithc, clicks at the switch box where all the wiring connect to the switch box but nothing goes to the rear.

i have inspected the whole system and all wiring seem intact but that up switch just refuses to trigger the solenoid its connected to

any help please
