will these stick out or tuck under the fender for a 05 maggie se 22x9.5x115 +13 offset

They should tuck under the fender, might be even with the fender. What type of rim are you lookin at? My rims at 20mm rear and 15mm front, but they are 20's. I think you might want to get a rim with a 15mm offset, reason being I think the 13mm will be a little bit to close to the inner fender well. Just my opinion.
