20x10 on front?

I was wondering if I can run a 20x10 on the front with a offset of 20? I found some wheels that come in 20x10 and 20x8.5 and I hate to go from 20x9 to 20x8.5 on front. Will I really notice the difference between 20x9 and 20x8.5? Oh this is for a 2006 srt-8

Not sure on the offset, but you will not notice a difference on the width. What size tires do you plan to run front and rear??

I'm pretty sure you'll have a helluva time getting a 10" to fit in the front. Not to mention the ride, bump steer, and steering isues you'll see.

a 20x10 will fit the front no problem as long as the offset is correct and the tire size you choose is correct. a 20mm offset should work fine but may even stick out past the fender, so if at all possible have the shop do a test fit first. or if you prefer gimme a couple of days and i will get my buddy randy to my shop and get a 20x10 with a +20 here and test fit it for you. we just did a test fit on his car a couple of weeks ago with a 20x9 on all 4 corners with a 275 40 20 front and a 315 35 20 rear. it fit (barely) so you should be fine, but like i said my concern would not be weather it would bolt on, i know it will bolt on question is will it stick out past the fender.
ok, i just did a quick bit of resaerch for you. Dropstar makes a 24x10 that fits all 4 corners with a +18mm offset, so you should have no problem with a 20x10 with a +20mm offset. go for it. in fact if you want to tell me what rims you are looking at, chances are i sell them. i am a sponsoring vendor here on the forum as well as most of the other LX based forums.
