    Diablo shiiping to Canada

Well..... I just got off the phone with Josh from HHP and for those Canucks in the group buy, he said not to expect it in out mail boxes before Oct 4th (which includes shipping time). They will be using the USPS for our shipments which means no tracking it in the mail .

    The wait is on.....

i wouldn't complain about them using usps. if they shipped via ups, you'd probably have to sign the title for your car over to them to cover their assinine brokerage fees.

I actually asked HHP to make sure they would use USPS for my order. UPD/Fedex etc cost an arm and a leg with their handling fees and such. USPS may be slower, but I'll take the $50 savings :-)

And I wouldn't hold your breath on that October 4th date either. My guess is sometime after Thanksgiving. Delivery will also coincide with a huge snow storm LOL

I wouldnt worry too much, we ship using U.S.P.S. all the time and if your in the Windsor Montreal corridor or other large town in Canada that things move pretty quickly in terms of delivery times, it's when you are in an outlying area like me for example that it would be faster by dog team.

Hey Chris, if they arrive on or before the 4th, we have one night to tune for the last Street legal at Mission Raceway....

You better believe I was mapping that on my calender. I've got to try and convince Oscar and Chris to give me a hand this weekend to slam that cam in (which BTW is the first 6.1L to get a Patroit cam). I'm going to try my damnest to get to Timmy's tonight.

Might be nice to try the cam first to baseline and then the tuner. Why not a tuner party at your work shop? As far as I know we have you and I, Paul, Jason and Roger all waiting to tune....I'll bring the for the "tuner party"........

I'm definitely in for a 'bring it together tune' but from what I've gathered it will just be a couple of key presses unless Paul's going to bring his wide band O2 sensor and we do some passes with the data logger going to get a bit better A/F ratio tuning.

The CMR software is where I'll be headed for the real fine tuning though.

If it rains this weekend and Oscar and Chris give me some pointers I'll be cammed by Monday.

Well since today is Friday and the tuners would have had to ship yesterday to make it to us before the last race day of the year we're officially Fucjikahfduigbhewubfgiudsbafiubdkisudsaufuioyd for getting a Predator for the last street legal at Mission.

    Thanks Diablo.

P.S. HHP is hoping to see them Monday now..... Man with these things if I hoped for a Predator in one hand and crapped in the other hand I'm sure which one would fill first.
