Custom's Agent
Maybe someone here can help me. I have a package sitting in Winnipeg (UPS 096974021) that has not moved. It has been cleared by my customs' broker, however, our lovely POS government is holding onto it and has not released it for UPS to go pick up and send to me. Any way I can speed this up and get my stuff sent to me? I've called UPS, and they cannot do anything, nor can my broker, as both sides are waiting on the package's release.

This had nothing to do with the long weekend. This was customs having fun with the dog behind the barn. They were holding the item and not releasing it pending inspection. They had it from the 7th to the 22nd, and it was already pre-brokered. So much for this NAFTA stuff saving people money and time.
