    We are just waiting for a few more little details they have to complete on our home before our walk through & then we can close escrow....

    beautiful house I must say. Love the parapit on the side. You need to put a guard up there to watch over the LX!

    Where is that house at if you don't mind me asking? My parents are looking at houses in La Quinta, CA and one of the models they looked at looked very similar in design.

    Yeah but its nothing like being home in Hawaii....
    Hopefully once we get settled in i can plan a little something before the new baby arrives in January...
    That round turret thing is the entry way(foyer) its also an optional computer tech center which we choose not to get - the house is located in Palmdale,CA built by D R Horton....

    Well my wife & i will finally close escrow on the 28th of November. We took a drive out to our new home today and was surprised to see all the touch ups were taken care of since our walk through. Also they installed the refrigerator,washer & dryer w/pedestals and the window treatments upstairs and downstairs will be installed next week before the big move. We are both really excited to finally own our first new home together!!! Just in time for the new baby.....

    Well we finally did it! Went out to my home builders office to pick up my keys to our new home! WOOO HOOOOOOOO! Damn it feels so good to actually take the big step in owning a new house. As soon as we got the keys we pretty much raced over there to let it sink in. Wow i still cant believe we did it.....I will post pics as soon as we get moved in. "Did i mention how excited we are?"---Oh yea!
