Northern California Caravan - Las Vegas Bullrun

Details for the big caravan here:

2nd Annual LX Bullrun to Las Vegas, NV Saturday October 27, 2007

NOTE: Unless you already have arrangements to get into the Show (SEMA), there's no guarantee you'll get in because of the caravan.

Basically this will be a 100 (projected) car caravan from Barstow to Las Vegas, with a big Meet & Greet in the Convention Center parking lot.

I'm planning on leaving for Barstow at or by 5 pm on Friday night, which means a late check in. The upside is we're not leaving Barstow until 9 am on Saturday, so you'll be able to get some sleep.

If you're interested in joining me, respond here and on the main thread. I'd like to have some folks to caravan with, but understand if schedulling does not permit.

The route

If you'd rather drive down either that morning (like last year's midnight run) or earlier on Friday or Thursday, go ahead and sign up on the main thread and I'll see you in Barstow.

My caravan(s) are open to anyone in the area or even those from the NW who might decide to do this and not restricted by club affiliations or non-affiliations.

3 weeks from now we'll be in Vegas. Anybody else wanna join? Those of you who are tentative, can I get a confirmation? A vote on what time to meet up? Hello??

Looks like mosesposse1 will be meeting me at the 58 and 395. We haven't yet set a time or exact spot.

Alright, time to start talking about meet points.

I figure meet at the IMAX parking lot in Dublin and stop at the Firebaugh exit on I-5 to pick up Matt. I can add a couple more stops if any one likes.

Just need some kind of confirmation so I can decide what time to leave Dublin. I'd like to leave by 3, but understand if some folks have to get off work.

Bottom line, in the next week, I'd like to know who's really coming and what time they can head out.

hmmm I have to work that friday and i dont get off till 5pm.

And i have to drop the dogs off at the dog sitter and considering traffic from SF to Dublin. So im thinking it i wont be able to be in dublin till 630-7pm.

Well, you don't have to meet me in Dublin, you could just meet me further down I-5 if that's more convenient for you.
