    Need help with Spring install

    Hey everyone,

I want to drop the car with the Eibach Sportlines but I have never done suspension work. I can only afford to do it though putting them on myself. Anybody in the SoCal area that has the tools that could help me out? Ill bring the beer

    Thanks

    Richard

the first set takes a few hours, the 2nd set will take an hour.

Its all about the learning curve. Its a steep one at first, but once you figure it all out, your done, and realize

"Hell, i could do that in 30 mins now...."

Dang, this sounds like a mini "Spring Thing" going on. Do it on a Saturday I'm free and I'll come out for moral support.

Hey guys, There is a couple of special tools you need to make your life easy. Spring compressor, and knuckle puller, do not use a pickle fork, this will damage the ball joint boot. If I can't help you out because of my schedule. At least I can provide the tools for you.

I don't need it done now...I can wait a few weeks to get it arranged. I still need to order the springs. Any better deal than ebay..$225 plus $30 for shipping?

So lets come up with some preliminary dates. My schedule is usually flexible, my only porblems will be an all star tourney. I coach girls softball and was named coach of all stars too which starts next week. I should have that sched this week too.

Cool, lets pick a Saturday and we can knock out 2 or 3 cars. I've got a Knuckle puller and the spring compressor can be picked up a Kragen and rented for free, just a returnable deposit.
