Mopar Day at Infineon in 08

On Saturday June 7th 2008 is Mopar Day at Infineon Raceway.
Drag racing and a car show for Mopar and Mopar powered vehicles only.
Gates open at 7 am.
$30 to race and $15 to watch.

Vendor and swap meet spaces are $15...

It's a car show and drag race for Mopar cars only (anyone with a Mopar vehicle can race).
It's not posted in Infineons website yet. As soon as they
post it, I'll post the info link.

We went to the last one and had a great time. We made 10 runs on the
drag strip. Wife made it to the semi final round before she broke out.

My Question is, Would any of you be interested in having a get together that day at Infineon?

Yes, I know it's 6 months away but, I thought I should post it now.

Sounds like a fun event at a great venue.. Just sorry that my lil' racer's due right about that time. Hope there's lots of pics and video.

I also know that some people were asking about a hotel stay, ok guys, I have the deal on the hotel room. I was able to negotiate a room rate of $159 for Saturday night at the Embassy Suites in Marin!!!

Free FULL breakfast in the morning and free open bar in the evening!!!! 15 minutes from the track.

All rooms are suites which have a living room with TV and pull out sofa and the back room has either two double beds or 1 king. The room rate is for either room.

Anyone interested?

I am going to do it and spend some time driving through the wine country on Sunday.

This rate is for 20 rooms or more. If we get to 30, she said that she may be able to better on the room rates.

Let me know if you want a room and if you want double or king so I can have the block sudo set up. Once it is set up, you guys can call in and reserve it up.
