Yes, Frahm Dodge is a "Five Star" dealer and I am back their every month and a half for my free oil changes and they have been great.

A local Ford dealer bought like 10 of the Thunderbirds when they were re-released a few years back (2002?) and proceeded to mark them up 30K each. As of 2004, they were STILL marked up 30K! Well shonuff, to this day he still has 8 of em! Hope the scumbag winces every time he comes into the dealership and sees them too! Terrible, terrible dealership.

Almost every vehicle I looked at on the lot was marked up. Now they have offered $1K and $2K "rebates" on some Magnums with the markup sticker still attached. Amazing...

That's why you have to negotiate with the fleet manager via Email. Never ever step foot into the dealership untill you've negotiated the price. I got my RT for just a little over invoice that way.
Friends don't let friends pay dealer markup...

I even had the right hand pull issue and they gave my no issues at all, they just fixed it.
