Ca emmissions question...take a gander please

I have to get my Louisiana registered Magnum emmissions tested for base stickers. It's just the test I need to get done. My question is: will my K&N Typhoon CAI pass?? And if not does someone have a stock airbox I can borrow for the test? I'd gladly pay for shipping to and from if not local. TIA!!

The K&N Typhoon was never CARB approved that I know of so you will need the stock airbox or a CARB approved CAI.

That's what I thought. I don't care to buy a new one so I'll wait and see if I can borrow one from someone first.

my TX plated SRT8 passed Cali SMOG with the AEM and JBA exhaust and my Dakota R/T passed visual as well (to many mods to list here.... none of which are CARB approved either).... no questions

if ya tell them ya need it for base access only its usually a quick in and out and you wont be charged the extra $5 or so for the cert (ya only need proof of passing SMOG)
