    THIS IS THE STORY.... SOME GIRL WAS SPEEDING IN THE PARKING LOT AT COC (COLLEGE OF THE CANYONS)AND RAN IN FRONT OF THIS MINI VAN AND HIT IT. ON IMPACT HER CAR ****ING HIT MY PARKED CAR MAGNUM ON THOSE 22'S. THE BITCH DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING..AND THE WORST THING IS I WAS IN CLASS SO I HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAD HAPPENED TILL I WENT TO MY CAR. SECURITY LEFT A NOTE AND TOOK BOTH OTHER PARTIES INFO DOWN. NOW COMES THIS DRAMA WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES..

    ok, thought you were being overly critical but after seeing those pics...and finding out how you did. I would have to agree. She was definitely SPEEDING!

    Trust me, it's coming. If she didn't have insurance, the battle is on. I, too, looked closer at the pics to see if your rims got hit and am glad to see they didn't. It looks like she hit you from the front and peeled the fender away. Good luck on this and keep us posted as to what happens.

    Major OUCH!! Hopefully you have uninsured motorist coverage. You'll get your car fixed and then let the insurance company go after her.

    Wow!... That's one serious parking lot ding!

    I hope everything works out for you and you get your ride looking like new again. A lawyer's only going to help if the person has something to go after. If they're uninsured, I'm guessing that's not the case. Hopefully your insurance will handle it without having to go that route. Good luck!

    That looks awful. You don't have to have insurance to drive in a parking lot but w/out it you have to pay out of your own pocket. There goes her college money. Her life is about to change.

    Thats why Im happy to pay that on mine...that coverage can help a lot

    And this really is terrible cripwalk...i couldnt even imagine how i would feel if this happened to me
