A win is not a win..... I had a lot of votes at today's car show... And I know most of the people voting for me I visited with most of them... I leave and walk around. This is when it happened... At the awards 2 place went toa srt8 very cool and I am thinking sweet I am up.. NO the 2005 black rt from Canada win 1st... I think this is odd cause I didn't see him get very many vote.. So I go ask I had a ZERO!!!on my envolope and I know I voted for myself so I should have one plus all the ones put in by friends... So NO! A win is not a win when you cheat and steal from others just cause you thin, you can!

I can understand your feeling there and I am so sorry that you lost your votes.

Just to clear confusion, I bet Troy was referring about the run we had at PIR last night (9.9 sec pass).

It was good. Sorry I've been there before. There were several Maggie's in my opinion that shouldn't of been stock. The one had a shave hatch. That is some body and paint. It had aftermarket taillights. There was a 2 tone Maggie there as well. Not sure how that was stock.

It was fun meeting the people I haven't before and great to see the ones I have not seen in a while. I think the highlight of my day was when Wilson came around the corner to pull into the show. I heard it coming and turned to see what sounded so nasty but sweet at the same time. It was our 9 second boy Wildon. That is just flat out sick sounding. You guys did a great job on it.

Ya sorry that happened to you. When I said a win is a win I did mean in racing. And in racing I feel all is fair to a point. But stilling to win is not my way and is not right. But I would bet no one really saw it happen and that is a shame. So good luck on the next show, a lesson to be learned for sure. I hope you had a good time this weekend anyway.

Your a joke lady. I came to the show to have fun and enjoy the car hobby which I have been a part of since I can remember. I could care less if I won or lost, I was just glad to be there surrounded by amazing Mopars. I walked around, took pictures ALL day and chatted friends up in the swap meet. Your accusing me of "fraud" and I'm "NOT TO BE TRUSTED"? You don't have anything better to do than bitch on a forum? I got MUCH better things to do than swap ballots and cheap at a damn car show. Get a grip on life, grow up and stop being a sore loser because you didn't win.

I'm very proud of my car and love showing it off. I don't need a piece of plastic to say so. Was I happy to win? Sure, it surprised me and I'm proud but if I didn't win anything, it wouldn't of bugged me one single bit. I would of left the show with happy memories, a camera full of pictures and the back full of parts from the swap meet for my other projects. JUST like I did last year with my Duster. I definitley wouldn't of gone on a forum whining and throwing around false accusations. I definitley don't take kindly to being accused of something I didn't do, especially when they are meant to give me a bad name. I didn't touch yours or anybody else's ballot envelope let alone my own. So as I said, life is life. GROW UP, act like the adult you are and move on.

And as far as you voting for yourself? Really? I voted for every single category EXCEPT for the one we were in.

PS: My R/T was the only TRUE stock vehicle in the class if you want to get down to the facts but I'm not going to waste my time explaining that to you.

This is a very bold statment from someone with nothing but hurt feelings. If you had some kind of proof, thats one thing. But to join the forum with 38 posts and start accusing people of cheating on some small time car show is a pretty bold.

So put on your big boy undies and man up and accept the fact youdidnt win.....Move on and enjoy the forum.
    Not just another pretty fascia

how could you say that this young gun is being accused by you for stealing. do you have any prove on this. you were watching like a hawk when people are voting in your class and thinking i'm going to win. a car show is to have fun and meet people and not being a trophy hound. when i go to a car show i don't expect to get a trophy because my car is the best???? and you have a serious problem to say never to trust a blond from canada. you are going to have a lot of canadians disliking you when they are attending future car shows in the pacific northwest. as the saying goes move on....next time, as there are other shows.

I'm actually not taking sides on this issue. I certainly did not see anyone messing with anyone's envelopes. Until I see that, I'm neutral about the deal. Seriously.

However, this sort of statement quoted above is what really bugs me. Lani did NOT say anything even close to saying we shouldn't trust blondes from Canada (oh, an ya, that's a capital "C"). She was referring to one particular blonde Canadian. Whether he did it or not is something I can't have an opinion on.
In case you missed it, this, again, is her quote.
The kid is 19-22 age and has blonde hair... He is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!
