    Predator before DEQ?

    Well, the time has come to get my registration renewed.. Should I use my predator to load the old tune back on my car before I go in to DEQ or should that make a difference? any answer soon would be great..I'm headed in soon...like within the hour!

    I'm pretty sure that as long as you are not throwing a CEL they will not care. Otherwise, how would these people with cam and head changes pass? As long as you are within parameters of the engine size accounting for wear and tear as well.

    Bottom line, no check engine light, No problem!

    Yup, I'm back the DEQ passed no problems. but the DMV was super crowded and took a while. I got in there at #157 and pulled ticket #199. sigh.

    At least I don't have to worry about that for another 2 years.
