Apparently the hotel people stayed at was not nice and the Austin people didn't show up. Other than that I had a blast.

I second that thought RedFox. All of us came from SA, Houston, Dallas, Ft.Worth to the lovely city of Austin. Yet not one member from the Austin area bothered to show up.

The motel was not too bad. Only gripe I had was the fridge didn't work.

RedFox. I had a blast with you, in the hilly roads, sliding the back ends of our SRT's around the curves. Made it even more fun when you didn't know if on coming traffic was just around the bend. Glad we could put a show on for our fellow LX'ers. The Oasis was so much fun as well. Especially after the band cranked it up.

Thanks to the DFW "crew" for making the drive..... We would not have had many people otherwise! As always...... had a blast and talked cars! I didn't take any photos, but several others did.....
The Austin crew owes the rest of the Texas group a road trip now...... We had fun regardless! Next time, a 2222 cruise needs to be planned!

We had a blast getting a chance to meet everyone, and seeing everyone's rides. It's too bad we didn't get a chance to meet any of the local LXers, though.

Apparently, Austin doesn't appear to have any Forum members; I'm from Taylor and PBatt is from Georgetown.

In spite of the "warm welcome"

we received from the Austin LX'ers I think everyone had a good time. Getting the opportunity to drive Nathan's SRT was probably the highlight of my day!!! That is one sweet ride and the pictures do not do it justice.

We'll have something special planned for Austin if and when they ever come to Dallas....

Look forward to seeing DFW folks again at the 5/29 M&G at Cruisers!

Did you make it to the Temple Academy Raceway? I drove through Temple around 1:30 and thought about stopping by.

No. We didn't make it. After all the service calls we had over the weekend, we needed to get back to prepare for the extremely busy week ahead. Did you get stopped in the accident related traffic north of Hillsboro? We were stopped on the highway for about 30 minutes. A small SVU had rolled over and apparently killed the people in it. The police had blankets draped over the vehicle so no one could see inside.

Hey everybody. Finally uploaded the pictures I took from Austin GTG.
I had a great time and look forward to meeting up again soon.

I plan on coming up to Dallas to drop my seats at 22Elites shop, in June/July. I will let you know.

10 LX's were in attendance.
8 Magnums : 2 300's : 0 Chargers
DFW : Houston : San Antonio were represented.
