Golf Anyone?

Well...I was reading and the Cali guys are getting together for golf and thought why not us?

Would anyone be interested? I could arrange some really good rates at a really good track.
When and where any thoughts? D/FW or Austin would be good for me. Anytime is fine weather permitting of course
I can get quite a few of my friends to join us as well, they don't have LX's but they are all right guys really.
If we get enough participation maybe we could get some sponsers and make a day of it. Golf then maybe something at the track that night?

Anyway just tossing some idea's around let me know what y'all think. If not lets get together and tee it anyway! Let's hear your thoughts I can get it together based on that!

Sounds like fun, but I work dang near every Sat., so if it's on that day, it'd need to be close to Austin. Sun. might work if it was in the morning.

I'm down for it! I pretty much suck at golf, ok.... you caught me in a lie. I REALLY suck at golf but I do love to play.

If you look up "Hacker" in the dictionary, they'll have my picture in there. I use 3 clubs (I don't know why they give you so many) and I aim for the cart path to get more distance. On top of that, the golf course people always get pissed at me wearing combat boots on their pretty grass. Man, if they saw where I hit those balls, they'd be wearing some too!

In my day I use to play with most the clubs. Now adays no matter what club I use they all go the same distance.


I haven't played in years but might be interested in a game.

I'm in!! Just let me know which course. Played Iron Horse last week and the greens were horrendous. Thank god they discounted the greens fees.
