    Please help suspension!!!!

I know it's a long weekend and people are busy with family and stuff. But I'm down from Ontario and I'm in the middle of doing my suspension. I'm stuck on getting the rears done. Is there anyone near lapeer MI that is avalable to help. I am very willing to buy dinner or whatever for the help. It's just the rears that have me stuck. I need to get this done because I have to go back home at the end of the weekend, so I need this done. I really hope someone here can help. Thanks in advance

If you're doing this on the ground with jack stands, it's quite simple to use the jack to put the rear control arm back in position. You can typically line up the holes just fine when doing this. Position the jack right around where the bottom of the cup for the spring is, and then have someone pull and push on the rotor to get the bolt threaded after you've jacked up the control arm. Using the weight of the car while on the ground is actually an advantage when doing the rears.

    Good luck!!

It is a little tricky to line up the holes. It should be easy enough to get the bolt started in one side of the control arm, then while using the jack under the control arm, I used a long pry bar to tweak the arm into position. After fighting with the first one a bit, the second one went easier.
