    CMC Car Show -- July 18-19 -- Belvidere IL.

    Boone County Fairgrounds
    Belvidere, IL

    SATURDAY
    • Show entry $5 for car load-Show and Shine-join the show and park on the grounds-cheaper than walking through the gate.
    • Sponsorship Cruises!! Cruise to Belvidere Motors@ 4:00, then on to Anderson Dodge at 6:00 .
    • Professional judging-cost is $25 and includes Sunday entry-limited to first 10 entrants.
    • Mopar drag racing at Bryon Dragway-Byron, IL (tentative)-info call Roger 815-262-6311

    SUNDAY
    • Show entry $10 includes driver & 1 passenger
    • Registration opens at 7:00am awards at 3pm
    • SEE THE LENGENDARY CHI-TOWN HUSTLER FUNNY CAR-come takes some photos with the kids
    • 30+ classes with Keokuk Trophies & Best of show-cars teched at gate to determine class-Dash plaques & goodie bags to first 200 entrants

    FYI, for those even remotely considering this show.... it was a GREAT event last year. Its pretty far out of the city, but the food and cars that were there were awesome. And they give away sick trophies as well..... just ask Kevin (antolod) about that!

    I would really love to go to this event myself, but that's the same weekend as the LX&Beyond show in Ohio, and there's no way I can miss that.

    Since I can't afford a weekend in Ohio this year, I'll be there on Sunday, along with a couple others from the 'burg.

    We should get there around 8-8:30, I think. Might try to hit a car wash before hitting the fair grounds, depends on how many bugs are splattered on the car.
