    Any of you downtown Chicago guys...

    ...wanna hit up a happy hour after work sometime next week? Anywhere in the loop is cool with me. Figured it'd be a good way to get to know each other and check out some of the local scenery.

    I'll swing by for a beer or three. Got any places in mind? All the places I've been to are usually batshiat crazy on a friday after work.

    Do you guys both leave from Union? If so theres a few places over here (i work at Canal and Monroe) that seem pretty decent, but they are usually busy. There is Dylans which is right behind me on Clinton just south of Monroe. Ive been there a few times and it wasnt too bad. Never on a Friday though. Im game to go pretty much anywhere, I only live right down in Pilsen so its not a far ride home.

    There's Cactus and Alcock's down by me, Poag's is in my building, and there are a couple around the corner. If you want to get fancy, English is up LaSalle, not overly expensive, doesn't get packed, has good food, not crazy loud.

    Anything is cool with me. I usually avoid any fancy places, but really Im not worried about it. Poags actually sounds pretty cool to me. Ive heard they got some good food.

    I'm in the River North area.

    And I can give anyone a ride to the Union Station since I drive to work. And if you are heading towards my area, I can also give you a ride.

    If you guys want to go Shaws Crab House, I got a hook up there!

    Cant do seafood...lol. One bad experience as a kid left me scarred for life... :( Still looks tasty tho.

    If we do Poag's it wouldnt be bad for either of the stations. Van Buren is right down the street, bout a 10 min. walk instead of goin all the way up to millenium.

    I also think Friday would be the best day, but if it means getting another person to show up Ill go for Thurs. as well. Should we make up a poll and vote on it? haha
