Sure but it would be much cheaper to sell your 5.7 and buy a car that came with a 6.4

With enough time and money you can do most anything except avoiding taxes and death.

Tried to find another 08 Daytona with a 6.4...? Hopefully I read that wrong lol. You'd have to find a 2012 or newer SRT car to get one. If you want your Daytona to have it then you'll have to build it into a stroker or get one built to put in.

Sell your car and buy a 6.4 car

    Or

Buy a 6.4 motor in either crate motor or stroker form

Those are your two options. Either one will probably cost $10k-$20k.

Cheapest route would to get your current motor stroked to 392. Will probably have more power and torque than the OEM 6.4. Ball park is 7 to 10 grand depending on the parts you use and the builder. The vendors on this forum have great reviews.

Keep in mind, it isn't just the engine that makes an SRT. Suspension, brakes, etc work together/compliment it.

I would never turn down a hellcat. But insurance is to much for my taste; at 35yrs old in AZ with no tickets or accidents, i was quoted at $225 per month ($1K deductible). The scat was only $135 per month.

Just remember, if you invest more money into the Daytona, the private resale will tap out around $20-10K. I have a supercharged Daytona (83,0000 miles) with 570whp and it will be hard for me to get $20K for mine.
