They are Toyo Proxies S/T tires. Traction control has had no issues. Used the Predator to adjust the speedometer.

Pretty magical getting 275's on the stock rim... looks real good but I thought the limit was 255 before you started running into bead issues on a 7 1/2 inch wide rim? ...

or maybe it's just the crack kicking in...

looks gr8!!! Is your car lowered or is it because of the extra meat on your tires that the wheel well gap looks a lil filled?

Several guys have put 285/50-18 tires on. I was really thinking of going that way, however they are rated for at least
an 8" wide wheel. These 275/55-18 tires are rated for at least a 7.5" wheel.

Thanks. I was thinking of lowering at the same time, but didn't, that is just that much more tire. I immediately asked
them if they had some lowering springs for just the front, LOL. I still haven't decided to get new springs.

How much of a ride height difference would there be?

Damn that's some heafty rubber. Talk about some serious rake if you lower the front end. Now that would old school.

The front tire diameter was insignificant, originally 28.18 and now 28.04. The rear tire changed from 28.18 to 29.91. So that is an increase of .865 in height at the axle. It does feel slightly nose down. Pretty much what I was going for, a slight hint of the tail higher than the nose, but not so much as to be change much.

As a comparison, the stock SRT8 Charger has 28.68 diameter in the front, and 29.04 in the rear, much less of a difference. My goal was to get the 285/50-18's which were not in stock. Those are 29.22 in diameter, virtually the same as the SRT8 rear tire diameter.
