Hi All,

I go through the same routine every time I start my vehicle, I get in, turn the key to the first setting let the seat adjust to my position, then turn the key to the next position wait for all the lights to go out paying particular attention to the "Wait to Start" or Glowplug light to go out, then take off the parking brake, then start the car.

The thing is when I check the EVIC by holding the musical note and the compass buttons on the steering wheel for about 10 seconds, it always shows the "last Chime" as glowplug. Even though I waited for the light to go out, is this normal?

All Replies Welcome,

I'm 99% sure the answer is yes, the last system to go through its function is the last chime.

Hi,

Thanks guys for your replies, its just that when you see so many people saying their car show ABS it makes you worry a little,

Glowplugs aside, I would love to have a diesel Mag for a daily driver!
