I have a new AWD Maggie on a transport somewhere between here and Detroit or in the holding yard in Detroit. And, I have a new set of Blizzaks in my garage. It is snowing outside as I type...

It is driving me bananas...

Your dealer should be able to tell you where it is at in transport if he's really interested:)

The sales manager has been "trying". Not sure exactly how hard he is trying though. I know he's busy with year end stuff, so I haven't been bugging them too much. I'm trying to be patient, but it is killing me.

I think the dealer connect info is updated anytime there is a change in status along the way. My dealer was able to tell me within a couple hours of when mine was going to be arriving at the dealership.

They are all busy this time of year I'm sure.

Your dealer should be able to tell you where it is at in transport if he's really interested:)Or has the capabilities to figure out how to do it, or to interpert what the status codes are. I waited 19 weeks for the RT I ordered to be built and all my silly little local dealer (who has illusions of being a big dealer) could tell me was 'It's in 'BX' status Mr.Foley, whatever that is."

I'd already been here a while a knew way more about the car and codes than they ever have.

Shouldn't take more than a phone call, a quick couple of clicks and maybe a bit of typing on their part to give you an answer, and it shouldn't take more than a few seconds to do. Any other response on their part is points off, demerits even.

Hang in there! The wait is worth it!

Still nothing new...

-Customer service has no update...it is on the first transport...and has been since the 19th.
-Dealer has no update...they don't know where it is and say they won't know until the transport arrives.
-Factory info still says KZL...shipped on the 19th.

I don't think DealerConnect can track like it used to. Dodgeman699 tried for me. His factory contact is what gave me the factory info above...kudos to Dodgeman699 for trying.

Impatiently waiting. :)
