How to Remove Dash

I'm gonna wrap my dash with suede this weekend and need to get some help with removing the dash...what/where are the clips and screws........any one have any pics......thanks in advance and is the airbag (http://www.300cforums.com/forums/interior-visual-modifications/49983-how-remove-dash.html#) a problem??

theres a shop down here in LA California Upholstery that does good work maybe paying a little bit more to have some it done isnt such a bad idea! I got some things in my car done there and its definately affordable!
