Just wandering if anyone else is gets these letters from their dealers .They have a appointment for service card attached on to this letter. They have set up a appointment for me in advanced without asking me , the time isn't close to the time I usually go at . In the letter they are saying this is to improve service by prebooking your appointment . It's set up for Feb.. To bad my car is storaged away for the winter and won't see light till at least April ..Now if I can't make it they want you to call to cancel the appointment .. Hmmmm I don't think that will be happening . Just seems weird.. if thats the case why wouldn't they set mine at my usual time of 7:30am before work and not 9:30am when I'll be at work .. Thanks

If you get that letter then you MUST take your car in for that appointment or VOID the warranty. I know its HARSH but you must! If you don't call and arrange for a new date/time you will be invoiced the first hours costs on said appointment. If you don't comply with this you will be issued a citation from the small claims court and have a blemish on your credit rating!

Is it really worth it?!!! Just do as your told. Comply and all will be good.

Man, why must I always put the obvious in writing? :blam:

I would write a letter back to the president of the dealer telling him that the customer should be making appointments, not the other way around.

I just usually get phone calls from dealers telling me I am due for an oil change. And I don't even own the car.

I get those from atleast 3 different dealerships. When I first got the car I wanted to try different dealerships and now they got me in their books. Usually they go straight to the recycling bin.

I am lucky, I don't get that anymore. The car was registered in the ex's name and she had her mail forwarded when she moved out... So... No more junk... lol

I think that a email to chrysler is in order to see if they know what their dealerships are doing .. Not that I think they will do anything but lets see what happens , Still mad at them for not doing the flush on my car as they say it looks ok to them ..They did add a additive to it .can't see why they would do that if it was perfect to start with ,, I don't want to say they have been really bad .But seems most dealerships are the same .
