Posted earlier about poor fit of 360 air intake. Shortened aluminum tube so that I could use the stock flexible tube which allowed for a better angle to the box. Started car and after about 30 seconds idleing it stalled and won't start. Everything was hooked up correctly. Went back to stock setup but still won't start. Any ideas as to what I should do?

Interesting. The air intake should have nothing to do with that. Just go around and CHECK connections to make sure nothing is loose. Like the temp sensor or the throttle plug. Pull them off and reseat them. If you have the evic, CHECK to see if any codes are coming up. Go INTO the diagnostic mode. Let me know if you don't know how to get INTO diagnostic mode.

Thanks Magnumfreak. Sorry for my ignorance but what is the throttle plug. Can you also run through for me how I access the diagnostics. I have the Electronics Convenience Group. I know everything was connected as before but I will recheck.

No problem, glad to help.
The throttle on these cars is electronic. Where the air tube feeds the engine you will see a module on the right. This is what controls the throttle on the car. There should be some wires feeding it. Make sure they are plugged all the way in.
To get to the diagnostic display:
1. Turn the key to the on position.
2. Press the musical note button and the compass button (has the N on it) at the same time and hold them for 6-10 seconds.
3. You should see the evic display change and most likely SHOW a software version page. use the up and down arrows to scroll through. One of the last pages will SHOW the last vmm code.
It sounds like some sort of electrical problem. If you can't get it PM me your phone number and I will call and we will try a few things.
