I don't remember if I posted this on this Forum before, so if I did....chalk it up to senility, if not:

I have been searching long and hard for replacement struts for the front of my 2005 RT. I have 112,000 miles on her and knew that the ride was getting a little bouncy and I noticed an increased amount of nose-dive when braking.

I found a new listing at the TireRack website for KYB struts with right and left fitment. The cost is $48.00 each.

While originally told they were on backorder until January, I received them and had them installed (along with some new Zeckhausen rotors) at my local brake shop in Tucson.

Huge difference...the ride stiffened up just right and no more nosedive. I elected not to replace the springs to lower the car, but if you want to do that, it is best to do it all in one setting, as the whole thing is apart anyway...save some labor costs.

Do you have a part number? I am interested myself, but would just order locally instead of tire rack!

Part # is 341609 left side and 341608 is right side. These are only for RWD models.

Glad to hear they are working.
For anyone else interested in these BMC Performance carries them.
