Some of you may be asking yourself if modding the 3.5L actually does anything to the performance. On Sunday I got a wonderful example of just how much of a difference it can make. I got behind a SXT maggie who punched it as I went to pass, and let me tell ya I didn't think that my car was that much faster. If I hadn't heard him floor it I wouldn't have thought he did. Long story short, I pulled on him HARD!

Yes it does make a difference! Keep on Moddin' :modding:

Yep I found the same a couple of months back. I assume it was a stock SXT (looked like one) but I pulled on him HARD also. Come on Diablo!

That's great to hear! TTMR, with AWD you are a little heavier as well. I still want to get to the strip and see how bad you can beat my stock RWD SXT before I do any mods.

What's the estimated cost for the Diablo?

Judging by the other tuners in Diablo's Predator line, I'd guess the price to fall around $400 or so...

I know I'm not the only one that would gladly pay that for a good tuner.

I bet it was the 'blinker mod' he likely didnt have that on his ride.

Yup, that one alone gave me 100hp, SRT lookout!

The mods definitely help. I could never spin my tires on my Magnum and I blamed it on the 4spd tranny having a higher first gear. After the B&G and the air hammer I was spinning the stock wheels constantly when I put them on for my Daytona trip.

I finally put the RT wheels and the 255/55s back on and damn if it doesn't spin them some too. I have never been able to do this until after the Air Hammer HO.
