2006 Charger SXT, with 23K miles, upgraded the sway bars about a year ago.
I have been noticing a lot of squeeking coming from the front end and I bit from the rear. When I push down on the corners a few times the car returns to stable position in a single bounce but if I go over a bump in the road, I think the car is going to die....IT"S NOISY! SOUNDS LIKE A BED THAT'S GETTING A WORKOUT...if you know what I mean! It doesn't bounce but it sounds like the shocks are cold? could that be the cause of the noise?

you may have a bad ball joint, creaking noise like your opening a door in a haunted house mostly over bumps and when turning the wheels

ball joint...is that a warranty item? How much might it cost to replace?

yes, it would be a warranty thing if that is what it is.

Ball joint s/b warranty item.
Don't let them give you any BS about aftermarket sways either.

If you upgraded to Hotchkis sways about a year ago than you might have the old/wrong bushings on the front sways. Hotchkis later changed the bushing sizes and added some washers to the install. The old/wrong bushings are too tight which eventually start to squeak.
Call Hotchkis and they will send you the new bushings free.
Not sure about the rear squeaking. My rear sways do not squeak. The rears do have zerk fittings but they are all but impossible to get to and use because of the small limited space above the zerk nipple. The sways should have been sold with 90 degree zerk fittings.
And only use non-lithium grease.
Here are pics of my front old and new bushings.

sway bar bushings are a definite possibility, although i've never heard them squeak on OE sway bars.
as Rob pointed out, a dry ball joint socket is another possible source.
the cause of these noises are usually pretty easy to pinpoint on a drive-on hoist.
