I Really Want to get the whole thing done and over with, but.... I have been waiting since August for an Exhaust tip and grill. Busy or not, that is too long by any stretch of the imagination. What do you think? What would you do when the guy, understandably is busy, but fails to return calls, emails or send you what was promised?

I'd cancel my order and demand my money back, no question. He is busy as hell and having seen some of his work in person, I can understand why (his 300's were friggin sweeeeeeeeeeeet!). But once money changes hands the deal is done and the clock is ticking... four months is too much.

there should be no excuse busy or not to take 2 min to return a phone call from a concerned customer waiting four months for a product that it straight up bad business and should be frowned upon no matter what type of guy he is im sorry guys but its the truth good guy or not he should know how to run a business by now

3 months? Wow. I'd be P.O'd too. hopefully he'll chim in soon and you guys can get this straight. Sometime things fall through the cracks and nobody wants that to happen to them but it does happen. I don't see an excuse for not returning phone calls and emails but again we don't know the whole story and we all don't need to pass judgment without hearing TZ's side. Good luck to ya!

Tommy is a good friend. But I won't BS anyone, he flakes sometimes on getting orders out in a timely manner. But my question is did you pay for it already??.

BTW, I'm a little offended about the AED comment. I was involved with AED and the developement of their magnum kit. The difference?, well AED would kick ya in the balls and steel your money. Tommy, well you just need to be beyond Patient. It'll take some time, but he will not rip you off. Tommy has a heart of gold, he just can't get product out with the schedule he maintains.

I feel your frustration and sympathize with you.
I had similar issues with an online company and my intake system.
It's the most frustrating thing.

All I wanted was some straight forward honesty. I can live with that.
Don't tell me on 3 different occasions that it's gonna ship and then it does'nt ship.
If it's gonna take 3 months then tell me it's gonna take 3 months.
At least I will have a choice or an option.

And not returning calls or emails? There is no excuse for that.

Sounds like somebody needs to hire a temp or full-time clerk to get these orders filled rather than incur all this bad business rep.....but that's just my little opinion.

And I think you should search AEDC to see what the poster was using as a comparison before you "Whoa" me.

YOU WOOO HORSEY. There is so much to this story, it would benefit Albert to tell it. Now if anyone would like to continue to argue this point. I will tell the story. And no one likes when I tell stories, cause I like to tell the truth.

Now Tommy has a habit of not being able to get items out in a timely manner. But in this case, no form of complaining should have been brought up on a public forum. Albert and I talked after I made my last post. I hope he see's fit to set this straight.

There has been a lot of things going on, and I needed to get one thing known about this thread that most of you havent known. Tommy came and offered help to me after learning the travesty that I went thru with AED Central and made me a killer offer to help me out. Now truth be told it did take him longer to deliver what he said he would, but he eventually came thru. AED Never has yet to me or other members of this forum and that is why they are no longer welcome in here.
I appreciate all that Tommy has done for me even tho the timing was hard on him with all his Sema projects and misfortune seemingly happening all at the same time, but even thru all that, he did come thru for me.
