I wanted to get lowering springs, like the mopar lowering springs, but I know that the stock R/T struts would go. Does anybody know of what struts would be good enough to handle a 2 inch drop? Could SRT 8 struts do it and how much of a drop do you get with the SRT suspension on an R/T?

Consider the Mopar KW's. And be carefull of lowering more than 2" if you have custom wheels.
You'll be making sharp turns at very low speeds!

Gonna lower my ride, What kind of suspension would be best for a 1"-1.5" drop on a '06 300C?

I am not looking for anything drastic, just to clear up some wheel well space. I don't think I will be able to afford coilovers so I am looking to do some lowering sprngs and new struts.

1. Stock rt with eibach pro
2. srt suspension with srt springs and the eibach springs
3. st-coilover
With the wasted time and money wait on the st stuff they are adjustable and will give you the drop w/o eating up the stock shocks, look for a used take off set. just my 2 cents

1) There are no struts on the LX platform.
2) There are no coilovers for the rear of the LX platform.

I spent the bucks for the KW V2's and am very happy. KW V1's are less expensive, but no dampening adjust. Rears are a bitch, gotta lower the diff cradle to get the springs out/in. Recommend sway bars also, my car rides like its on railroad tracks, unbelievable. If ya wanna just go lower, see if you can afford the KW V1's.

Shocks with seperate springs on the rear. The picture does not represent the actual product for the LX's.
Here's a picture of them installed from another thread on this page at the moment:

There's currently 2 coilovers in existence for the LX. They're prototypes, and they're on my car:
