Well I went & sold my "64" Panhead tonight for a pittance so I could finance one last trip to the track this year.

I still feel like I betrayed a good friend as I have owned that motorcycle for 32 years. I haven't riden it much for over 15 years, but I still feel pretty down about it.:boohoo:

Now that I have done such a low down dastardly deed, I need to find a set of Mickey Thompson 275/40 17 drag radials somewhere between here & E'town by Friday morning.

Anyone have some suggestions?

Ouch. You'll always miss that bike, but be good knowing it will be ridden.

Just a thought. It may add about 1.5 hours to your trip but if you google S&K speed in Long Island (Rockville Center), I have seen drag radials in their store. They may have your size in stock.

They are sending some over to the Rockville Center store from the East store tomorrow.
