Shot out to US41 dragway in Indiana today to run the R/T.

All runs were done on 93 octane pump gas, and the factory tires that came on the car, heres the details:

1st Run:

RT: .0680
60 FT: 2.0058
330 FT: 5.6968
1/8 ET: 8.7111
1/8 MPH: 81.38
1000 FT: 11.3150
1/4 ET: 13.5148
1/4 MPH: 102.78

2nd Run:

RT: .0981
60 FT: 2.0779
330 FT: 5.7608
1/8 ET: 8.7808
1/8 MPH: 81.21
1000 FT: 11.3859
1/4 ET: 13.5839
1/4 MPH: 102.48

Then it was on to the bracket racing, all brackets were done 1/8th mile only due to the weather being in the 50's and they didn't wan't to risk safety issues with the faster cars. So I dialed in a 8.71 for my car as that seemed to be the mark I figured I wouldn't break out of.

1st bracket run:

RT: .0050
60 FT: 2.0400
330 FT: 5.7418
1/8 ET: 8.7661
1/8 MPH: 80.91

2nd bracket run:

RT: .1448 (Sleeping at the lights )

60 FT: 1.9772 (Oh that's great now my dial in is screwed , but woot for a decent 60 FT)

330 FT: 5.6673

1/8 ET: 8.6871 (crap broke out, wish I had a 1/4 mile slip for a new PB)

1/8 MPH: 81.08

All in all I was :kinglock:, some killer times I thought, I need some sticky tires, low 13's shouldn't be a problem then with a good DA like today was. My buddy also ran a personal best in his 2002 grand prix (11.45 @ 118 MPH), we had a blast.

Nice going Adam, very impressive, that is great for a stock 5.7

Wish the car ran that fast stock, LOL, just still on the stock camshaft, all the crap in my sig is on it though, seems like the predator woke her up good along with the nice DA, previous best was a 14.0 in the high 99-100.3 MPH without the predator.

Awesome! Those ARE good times for what you've done so far. Can't wait to see what it does next spring with the cam!

Nice runs, must have been good air ;) We are close in set up, get a TC and some stickys and you can a good day of air and you may see a 12.9x out of it. I was running 13.3's in +700 ft air

Take a look at the myslips link in my page, my slips all have mods listed for the et's

Yeah the weather was good, DA was in the 700's, would have been negative but the humidity was in the 70% range due to the rain the night before. Some 275/40/17 hoosier drag radials are on the christmas list, not sure if I plan to throw a TC at it though, I already had to try pretty hard to convince the wife the family car needed a cam, she's just said fine do it otherwise you won't be happy, LOL.

Very nice times! Looks like we are going the same way on mods. I have gibson shorties arriving this week...next up is the sidewinder.

Was able to get -600 da on sunday and a great hook up in bracket racing for my 13.371.

What diablo tune/adjusts are you using? Adding any fuel with the headers?

Extremely similar setup, I think the car has 13.3's-13.2's with better weather from the different DA calculators I have found.

As far as the predator here is what I ran for settings on the diablosport:

- 93 CAI tune
- Increased shift firmness
- Increased shift points
- Timing +2,+2,+2
- Fuel +4, +1.5, +1.5

Car seemed to pick up a ton of low end with the extra timing down low, the vehicle was still KR free with 93 octane fuel and via the dataviewer narrowband afr readings I was in the low 12's for AFR. I based my timing off of a few B&G tunes I read logs of, I still could have thrown more fuel and timing in the mix based off of other tunes I had seen, but I plan on a CMR tune soon anyways so I wasn't really trying to push it.
