Mine does that about 1 minute into each drive as well. Something I should hit the dealer up on?

"check TPM system" warning message means the WCM (wireless control module) has detected a system fault. see your dealer, he has special tools designed to diagnose this system.

I got the same thing after rotating the tires. It would go on after 5-10 minutes of driving. If I check again, it says system ok.

i'd hit up JonW and see if he can get you the fault code off the Starscan before you allow a dealer to screw with it..
didn't you just replace your main wire harness?? could be simply something didn't get plugged it..

Exact same thing happened to me on the way back from ETown this weekend. Kept getting TPM alarms, yet the readings on each sensor were normal.
Try letting about 5 lbs out of each tire, pumping them up to about 40 psi, and then let air out until you return to the pressure you want. Sounds crazy, but it worked...

shouldn't be a problem if you tell them about your PCM & TCM and warn them that they may encounter some erroneous data. they'd have no reason to do anything that would compromise your PCM or TCM.
